Our Services

At Reberth Dialysis, LLC, we

we specialize in providing in-home hemodialysis treatments. Our trained and licensed team ensures safe, effective care for patients using the following types of access:

  • Tunneled Catheters: A catheter inserted into a large vein, tunneled under the skin. Ideal for patients who need long-term dialysis access and prefer a less invasive option.

  • Non-Tunneled Catheters: A catheter inserted directly into a vein, typically for short-term dialysis use. This option is used when immediate access is needed for treatment.

  • Fistulas: An arteriovenous (AV) fistula is a surgical connection made between an artery and a vein, typically in the arm. Fistulas are the most durable and preferred option for long-term dialysis access.

  • Grafts: An arteriovenous graft is a synthetic tube used to connect an artery and vein, typically when a fistula is not an option. Grafts provide reliable access for dialysis treatment.

For most patients, these access types are already placed prior to starting home hemodialysis, ensuring a seamless transition to in-home care. Our team works closely with your nephrologist to ensure the proper maintenance and care of your access throughout your treatment.
